& agree to two fights

British World Champions Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury have agreed to a two-fight deal, says promoter . Talks over an historic bout for the undisputed title began in early May and have been finalised today. Joshua, 30, holds the WBA, IBF and WBO belts while 31-year-old Fury is the WBC champion. The winner would bring all the belts together which is called “Unifying the division” for the first time since Britain’s in 1999. The successful athlete would become the undisputed World Heavyweight Champion and hold all 4 belts at the same time. "It's fair to say that Joshua and Fury are in agreement about the financial terms of the fight" Hearn, who is Joshua's promoter, told News. The actual amounts have not been disclosed but the total amount of money for the fight is thought to be around £150 million which would be split 50/50 for the first fight and then 60/40 in favour of the winner of the second fight. Fury expressed his delight at the news in a social media post. The - born boxer said he would fight Joshua in 2021, but would first have to overcome the "hurdle in the road" , in a third meeting. Fury is contracted to fight the American, who he beat to win the WBC title in February. Joshua, who reclaimed his world titles in December, has to face his , 's , when the sport fully resumes after the coronavirus shutdown. After these two fights have taken place the two will be free to face each other as long as there have been no surprises and they both still have their belts. The odds have changed repeatedly but the current odds show that 61% of bookmakers have Fury as the favourite. Adverts have billed the fight as “The Biggest fight in British history”.
