    BAB IV HASIL PENELITIAN DAN PEMBAHASAN Bab ini disajikan guna menjawab tujuan penelitian, yaitu untuk mendapatkan gambaran karakteristik lingkungan pengembangan bakat yang dinilai berhasil pada olahraga bulu tangkis di Indonesia menggunakan perspektif ekologi holistik. Isi dalam bab ini dibagi dalam dua bagian pokok: deskripsi hasil penelitian dan pembahasan. Pada bagian pertama, model athletic talent development environment (ATDE) dan model environment success factor (ESF) digunakan sebagai kerangka yang memandu struktur penyajian hasil penelitian. Model ATDE memandu penyajian deskripsi komponen mikro dan makro dalam lingkungan serta interaksinya dengan atlet prospektif, sedangkan model ESF menjadi acuan dalam mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang menentukan efektivitas pengembangan bakat. Bagian kedua menampilkan fitur-fitur pada lingkungan yang berhasil dikaitkan dengan literatur yang saat ini tersedia. A. Hasil Penelitian: Deskripsi Karakteristik Lingkungan Pada bagian ini saya akan terlebih dahulu (1) memperkenalkan lingkungan pengembangan bakat yang diteliti, kemudian (2) mendeskripsikan komponen- komponen utama lingkungan dan interaksinya sesuai model athletic talent development environment (ATDE), sampai dengan (3) menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi pada kesuksesan klub sebagai lingkungan pengembangan bakat berdasarkan model environmental success factors (ESF). Demi keringkasan 41 dan konsistensi, istilah “lingkungan pengembangan bakat olahraga” akan digantikan dengan “lingkungan”. Istilah “atlet prospektif” menggantikan “atlet- atlet yang teridentifikasi memiliki potensi untuk mencapai tingkat elit atau atlet junior potensial”. Istilah “atlet elit” dipakai untuk menyebutkan “atlet-atlet di dalam klub yang dinilai telah menjadi atlet senior elit yang ditandai dengan bermain pada kejuaraan senior internasional, dan terutama, terpilih dalam seleksi Pelatnas PBSI”. Untuk menyebutkan “para ofisial klub non-pelatih” digunakan “tim manajemen” dan “para pelatih kelompok umur, pelatih kepala” disebut dengan “pelatih”.

The committee will be headed by Cabinet Secretary, Rajiv Gauba and secretaries from finance, law, telecom ministries will be its members. The panel will comprise of secretaries to the ministries of finance, law, and telecom. The panel has been asked to look at the demands of telecom service providers (TSPs) for deferment of payments they had promised for the spectrum won through auction as well as consider lowering airwave usage charge.

    Sambut Kepulangan Atlet Bulu Tangkis, Ketum PBSI: Tak Perlu Dibahas, Tak Usah Pula Disesali Realitarakyat.com – Ketua Umum Pengurus Pusat Persatuan Bulu tangkis Indonesia (PP PBSI) Agung Firman Sampurna beserta jajaran menyambut kloter pertama tim bulu tangkis Olimpiade Indonesia di Terminal 3 Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang, Minggu (1/8/2021). Kloter pertama yang tiba terdiri dari Mohammad Ahsan, Hendra Setiawan, Jonatan Christie, Marcus Fernaldi Gideon, Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo, Melati Daeva Oktavianti dan Gregoria Mariska Tunjung, serta dua pelatih Herry Iman Pierngadi dan Nova Widianto. “Saya ucapkan selamat datang untuk teman semua. Kita tidak perlu bahas yang di belakang, tidak usah disesali. Sekarang waktunya kita istirahat dan melakukan evaluasi,” kata Agung dalam keterangan resmi PBSI. PBSI menilai perjuangan atlet bulu tangkis di Olimpiade Tokyo 2020 sudah melebihi dari semangat pertandingan olahraga. Kepada atlet Agung menceritakan bahwa masyarakat Indonesia memberikan dukungan penuh. “Tidak ada keributan atau ungkapan negatif. Semua ikut mendukung. Besar sekali pengaruh teman- teman untuk negara ini. Jadi yang dilakukan teman-teman itu melampaui dari sekadar pertandingan olahraga,” katanya. Sementara itu, Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga Zainudin Amali yang turut hadir mengucapkan terima kasih atas perjuangan para atlet di Olimpiade Tokyo 2020. “Salam teriring dan terima kasih dari Presiden Pak Joko Widodo kepada kontingen yang datang hari ini,” tutur Menpora. Menpora kembali menegaskan bahwa pemerintah terus mendorong prestasi olahraga menjadi semakin baik ke depan dengan menyiapkan rancangan besar olahraga.
