Assessment of Victoria’s Coastal Reserves Final Report March 2020 Victorian Environmental Assessment Council The Victorian Environmental Assessment Council (VEAC) was established in 2001 under the Victorian Environmental Assessment Council Act 2001. It provides the State Government of Victoria with independent advice on protection and management of the environment and natural resources of public land.
