ALAN CARR: CHATTY MAN RETURNS TO WITH THE 15TH SERIES IN SEPTEMBER!

BAFTA award-winner and 2015 NTA winning chat show host, comedy favourite Alan Carr will be back on our screens for a new series of Alan Carr Chatty Man from Friday 11th September at 10PM.

Taking to the sofa for the first episode of the 15th series, Alan will be kicking things off in truly epic Chatty man style as he’s joined by actor Tom Hardy. Tom will be talking about his latest movie 'Legend' where he plays both lead roles as the infamous Kray twin brothers, Reggie and Ronnie Kray. Also musician and actress Demi Lovato will be chatting to Alan as well as performing her latest single ‘Cool For The Summer’ live in the studio. (one more guest tbc).

Back and bigger than ever before, Alan Carr: Chatty Man returns to Friday nights with 16 episodes, including a Christmas special, with a series that promises nothing but the most exclusive gossip, scandalous going’s on and outrageous shenanigans as Alan steers us through world of celebrity once again.

From the man who posed nude for Lady Gaga, shook it off with and gave Kim Kardashian-West a run for her money when he tried to break the internet, Alan will be joined by a fabulous showbiz line-up of international and home-grown stars from the worlds of music, film, TV and sport.

Alan's impressive guest list over the past 13 series includes: , Lady Gaga, Ricky Gervais, Taylor Swift, Russell Brand, , Rita Ora, , Katy Perry, Kate Hudson, , , Justin Timberlake, , Jennifer Lopez, Kylie Minogue and many, many more.

Alan will once again embrace his specs as the New Year Specstacular returns on New Year's Eve with even more festive frolickings to see us into 2016.

ALAN CARR: Alan Carr is one of Britain’s most successful and treasured . His unique humour and effortless stage presence have earned him a catalogue of awards including Best Chat Show host at the publicly voted 2015 NTA's, winner of the 2013 BAFTA for Best Entertainment Performance and 2013 Award for Best Comedy Entertainment Personality. In previous years he has garnered a clutch of awards from the 2012 National Television Award for Best Talk Show, and the 2012 Loaded LAFTA Award for Best Stand Up and the 2010 TV Choice Awards for Best Entertainment Show. There were also nominations for Best New British Comedy & Best Comedy Entertainment Personality at the 2009 .

The success of the first series of his own chat show, 'Alan Carr: Chatty Man', in the summer of 2009, led to Channel 4 commissioning umpteen further series' as well as Christmas Specials and his summer and New Year Specstaculars. Now the show is booked to continue into 2015 and about to start its 15th series. In September 2013, the 100th episode aired with A-list guests Justin Timberlake and Rihanna. Guests from past series include: Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Cameron Diaz, Vin Diesel, Adele, Grace Jones, Naomi Campbell, , Drew Barrymore, , , Mariah Carey, Russell Brand, Samuel L Jackson, Miley Cyrus, Robbie Williams, Bette Midler, , One Direction, Gok Wan and Miranda Hart.

In 2011, Alan travelled the country with his second live tour. 'Spexy Beast Live' was a 33-date arena tour and culminated in the successful DVD of the same name. The DVD of Alan's 2007 stand-up show, 'Tooth Fairy Live' topped the HMV charts and was a Christmas 2007 top seller. His autobiography 'Look Who It Is' was published in September 2008 by HarperCollins.

Alan also hosts Channel 4's flagship fundraising show 'Stand Up To Cancer' (Oct 2014) which went on to raise an amazing £14 million for Cancer Research. Summer 2014 also saw him host the brand new live Friday entertainment show 'The Singer Takes It All' also on Channel 4.
