It’s probably true to say that until now sports facilities in Hua Hin (other than golf courses that is!) have not really been able to provide the quality to support high level events, spectators experiences but also participation. The fitness facilities may also been somewhat less sophisticated than desirable. Vana Nava Hua Hin City, Hua Hin’s premier football team, has been using the Fort Thannarat Army Base as a home ground and although there are a variety of fitness centres and tennis courts, they have been typically found at resorts. The opening last month of two new sports facilities have changed these short coming. Even before the official opening of True Arena was able to host the 2016 Fed Cup Asia/Oceania Zone Group I action with the centre court providing up to 5,000 seated spectators with the best views at the True Arena centre. LDRIC, a robot named after Tiger Woods’ birth name (Eldrick), recently achieved a hole-in- one on the 16th hole of the Waste Management Phoenix Open in Scottsdale, Arizona.

After LDRIC’s winning shot, the green was showered with beer cans, which may at first seem to be a desperate attempt by golf fans to stave off the robot uprising, but is in fact how fans celebrated when Italian golfer Francesco Molinari got a hole-in-one on the same hole the previous month and when the actual Tiger Woods famously sunk a hole-in-one in 1997 at the same spot.

It can hit the ball up to 130 mph—about 5 mph faster than the the real Tiger can hit—and duplicate any players’ swing.

It’s worth noting that this robot isn’t prefect yet: LDRIC hit that hole-in-one on its fifth try (possibly making that a double bogey), according to ESPN. According to health officials, this year saw a dramatic increase of the number of Thai people being afflicted with dengue fever. They said this was the result of the exponential increase of the number of Aedes mosquito population in the country. The rising concern forced health officials to consider ways to reduce their number. The Thai National Institute of Nuclear Technology has proposed employing radiology as a means of sterilizing mosquitoes which they say will result in a dramatic reduction in their numbers. The experiment was conducted in Nakhon Nayok office of the Institute. “When these sterilized males are released into the wild and breed with females, the eggs will not have been fertilized and will fail to hatch. This in turn will directly result in a dramatic reduction of the next generation of Aedes mosquitoes,” he said. As we continue to release more of them, each subsequent generation will see their numbers reduced even further. We may even see a complete eradication of the species in some certain areas. He said first trials to release the sterilized mosquitoes will be carried out soon to see if these males can compete with normal male Aedes mosquitoes to breed in the wild. The success ratio can then be determined so that the correct numbers to be released in a particular area can be specified. The scientists say that the trials should be completed within 2 – 3 months. These sterilized mosquitoes will be released into critical areas in the country to help curb the spread of dengue fever and other mosquito related diseases, he added. วัฒนธรรมชุมชน ถนนคลองกระแชงถึงน้ำ�พุ จะเป็นกิจกรรมอ่านยกกำ�ลังสุข บริเวณลานหน้าตึกองค์การ นางสาวสุนิสา ประทุมเทือง แกนนำ�เครือข่ายเยาวชนพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์เปิด โทรศัพท์ จะเป็นการจัดกิจกรรมนำ�เสนอเรื่องราวเท่าทันสื่อ เผยว่า โครงการเพชรบุรี ดีจัง ได้ดำ�เนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องมาเข้าสู่ปีที่ 6 แล้ว โดยใน โดย บริษัท ทีโอที จำ�กัด สาขาเพชรบุรี ถนนริมน้ำ�ด้านหลังจวน เป็นกิจกรรม แต่ละปีนั้นเครือข่ายเยาวชนจาก 8 อำ�เภอของจังหวัดเพชรบุรี กว่า 20 กลุ่ม ได้ร่วม “เทศบาลปันยิ้ม อิ่มเอม ทั้งเมือง” โดยเทศบาลเมืองเพชรบุรี เต็มที่เต็มฝีมือกับกิจกรรม กันค้นหาและเรียนรู้ศิลปะ วัฒนธรรมของชุมชน นำ�ความรู้ที่ได้รับมาจัดกิจกรรม สร้างรอยยิ้มหลากหลายรูปแบบ ส่วนในจวนผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ปีนี้สำ�นักงาน ออกแบบผลิตสื่อของชุมชน สื่อสารแบ่งปันสู่คนในพื้นที่ของตนเองอย่างสม่ำ�เสมอ พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ จัดกิจกรรมสำ�หรับเด็ก ๆ มอบความสุขกัน และในช่วงเดือนมีนาคมก็จะร่วมกันจัด “มหกรรมพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์ เพชรบุรี ดีจัง” ขึ้น มากมาย และเรือนกฤษณา ก็จะเปิดให้เข้าชม โดยมีเด็กๆ จากโรงเรียนสาธิต ในใจกลางเมือง ชักชวนชาวชุมชนในพื้นที่จัดงาน องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น หน่วย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรีมาเป็นมัคคุเทศก์นำ�ชมเหมือนทุกปีที่ผ่านมาส่วนบริเวณ งานทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนที่สนใจ นำ�เสนอผลจากการเรียนรู้ของแต่ละพื้นที่ ในรูป เชื่อมต่อกันคือพื้นที่รอบ ๆ น้ำ�พุ จะเป็นกิจกรรมสำ�หรับเด็ก ๆ “ชวนลูกทำ�ของเล่น” แบบของกิจกรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วมให้ผู้ที่มาร่วมงานได้ลงไม้ลงมือเรียนรู้แบบปฏิบัติจริงกัน โดยเครือข่ายศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก 3 องค์กร จากศูนย์ฯเด็กเล็กเทศบาลตำ�บลท่ายาง พร้อมทั้งนำ�เสนอการแสดงศิลปะ วัฒนธรรมพื้นบ้านหลากหลายรูปแบบด้วย ศูนย์ฯเด็กเล็ก อบต.หนองกระปุ และศูนย์ฯเด็กเล็ก อบต.ไร่มะขาม อ.บ้านลาด ร่วม สำ�หรับในปี 2559 นี้ กำ�หนดจัดงานขึ้นในวันที่ 18 – 20 มีนาคม 2559 กันกับกลุ่ม Arts-Ed กลุ่มกิจกรรมศิลปะสร้างสรรค์สำ�หรับเด็กจากรัฐปีนัง ประเทศ โดยงานมหกรรมปีนี้ใช้ชื่อว่า “เพชรบุรี ดีจัง ไปยาลใหญ่” จะประกอบไปด้วย 3 งาน มาเลเซีย และ กิจกรรมที่ 3 ในงานมหกรรม เพชรบุรี ดีจัง ไปยาลใหญ่ ปีนี้พิเศษมาก ย่อย คือ ในวันที่ 18 มีนาคม 2558 พบกับกิจกรรมแรก “เพชรบุรี ดีจัง ฟอรั่ม”ซึ่ง ขึ้น เพราะเรามี “สมัชชาเยาวชนพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์” ซึ่งเป็นการรวมตัวกันของเยาวชนที่ จัดขึ้นที่วัดใหญ่สุวรรณาราม ตั้งแต่เช้าจรดค่ำ�กันเลยทีเดียว งานนี้จะเป็นการมาชุมนุม ทำ�พื้นที่สร้างสรรค์อยู่ใน 40 จังหวัดของประเทศไทย ประมาณ 200 คน จัดการสัมมนา พบปะกันของศิลปิน นักศึกษา อาจารย์ และผู้สนใจหลายหลายสาขาอาชีพ ที่เห็น “คนรุ่นใหม่กับพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์สุขภาวะทางปัญญาบนฐานชุมชน” โดยใช้รูปแบบ คุณค่าของศิลปะ วัฒนธรรมชุมชนของเมืองเพชรบุรี เปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ “สัมมนาขยายวง” เปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้มีชีวิต “ผลัดกันเล่า เปลี่ยนกันฟัง ส่ง ประสบการณ์ และร่วมกันจัดแสดงนิทรรศการผลงานที่เกิดจากการใช้เมืองเพชรบุรีเป็น ต่อพลัง สร้างการเรียนรู้ สังคมสุขภาวะ” รวมทั้งลงพื้นที่ชุมชนและร่วมเรียนรู้จากงาน แหล่งเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ซึ่งก็จะทั้งที่เป็น หุ่นจำ�ลอง ภาพถ่าย ภาพเขียน เวอร์นาด็ มหกรรมเพชรบุรีดีจังปีนี้ด้วย อก หนังสือ หรือผลงานในรูปแบบอื่น ๆ ซึ่งที่จะเป็นไฮไลท์เลยก็เห็นจะเป็นนิทรรศการ สำ�หรับมหกรรมพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์ เพชรบุรี ดีจัง ไปยาลใหญ่ ในปีนี้ก็ยังคง ได้ ชุด “พิศเมืองเพชร” ของคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร นอกจาก รับการสนับสนุนจาก สำ�นักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเพชรบุรี เทศบาลเมืองเพชรบุรี นี้ก็จะมีการเปิดซุ้มกิจกรรมเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมให้เด็ก ๆ เยาวชน พ่อแม่ผู้ปกครอง องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเพชรบุรี จังหวัดเพชรบุรี สถานีตำ�รวจภูธรเมืองเพชรบุรี วัด และผู้ที่มาร่วมงานได้ร่วมทำ�กันด้วย ที่สำ�คัญในช่วงค่ำ�ก็จะมีการแสดงที่เกิดจากการมาร ใหญ่สุวรรณารามวรวิหาร สถาบันอาศรมศิลป์ สถาบันสื่อเด็กและเยาวชน (สสย.) เรียนรู้เมืองเพชรของหลายกลุ่ม เช่น หุ่นเงาละครชุมชนของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัย สำ�นักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) และยังได้รับการสนับสนุน ศิลปากร ดนตรี วง ทีเค แบนด์ นำ�โดย พี่ จุ้ย ศุ บุญเลี้ยง ที่มาทำ�ค่ายเพลงที่เมืองเพชร และความร่วมมือด้วยดีจากชาวชุมชนในพื้นที่จัดงานและพื้นที่อื่น ๆ พี่ ๆ สื่อมวลชน และยังมีการแสดงหนังใหญ่แบบจัดเต็มของคณะหนังใหญ่วัดขนอน จังหวัดราชบุรี อีก ตลอดจนองค์กรทั้งภาครัฐภาคเอกชน และทุก ๆ ท่านที่อาจจะกล่าวถึงไม่หมด ที่ให้ ด้วย การจัดกิจกรรมเพชรบุรี ดีจัง ฟอรั่ม นี้นับเป็นครั้งแรกของจังหวัดเพชรบุรีเลยก็ว่า โอกาสเด็ก ๆ ของจังหวัดเพชรบุรีมาโดยตลอด ก็ขอถือโอกาสนี้ขอบคุณผู้ใหญ่ใจดีทุก ได้ สำ�หรับกิจกรรมที่ 2 จะมีขึ้นในวันที่ 19 – 20 มีนาคม 2559 “มหกรรมพื้นที่สร้ ๆ ท่านด้วยค่ะ นางสาวสุนิสา ประทุมเทือง หรือ หนูแดง กล่าวในที่สุด 53 5

กรมอุทยานแห่งชาติสัตว์ป่าและพันธุ์พืช ย้ำ�มี 10 จ.ลพบุรี มีรายงานช้างป่าอาศัยอยู่ แต่เมื่อปี 2544 ยืนยันแล้ว พื้นที่ในประเทศไทยเสี่ยงช้างป่าสูญหายจากระบบนิเวศป่า ว่า ช้างป่าได้สูญพันธุ์ไปหมดจนมีการนำ�ช้างไปปล่อยคืนป่ารวม อนุรักษ์ในปี 2560 พร้อมวางแนวคิดแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้ง 26 ตัว และอุทยานแห่งชาติศรีลานนา จ.เชียงใหม่ ไม่มีช้าง ระหว่างคนกับช้างป่าใน 9 จุด ด้วยการเตรียมขอซื้อพื้นที่คืนให้ ป่าอาศัยอยู่ตามธรรมชาติแล้ว ขณะที่ป่าอนุรักษ์อยู่ในภาวะถูก เทศบาลเมืองหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองหัวหินอย่างเร่งด่วนในช่วงของฤดูร้อน ช้างป่ากว่า 1,000 ไร่ คุกคามอย่างหนัก ทั้งการบุกรุกพื้นที่เพื่อทำ�เกษตร การ มีการประชุมสภาฯ โดยมีนายสันทัต สุขศรี เป็นประธาน นายก ที่จะมาถึงนี้ นายทรงธรรม สุขสว่าง ผู้ตรวจราชการกรม ท่องเที่ยว เทศมนตรีเมืองหัวหิน รองนายกเทศมนตรีเมืองหัวหิน และ นายนพพร วุฒิกุล นายกเทศมนตรีเมืองหัวหิน อุทยานแห่งชาติสัตว์ป่าและพันธุ์พืช กล่าวว่า จากการสำ�รวจ โดยมี 9 พื้นที่ที่มีปัญหาขัดแย้งระหว่างคนกับช้างป่า คณะสมาชิก ร่วมประชุมในสมัยสามัญ สมัยแรก ของปี 2559 กล่าวว่า ตลอดระยะเวลาที่บริหารมา 3 ปีเศษนั้น ก็ต้อง ประชากรช้างป่า โดยโครงการส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนของระบบ ออกมานอกพื้นที่อนุรักษ์ คือ อุทยานแห่งชาติแก่งกระจาน โดย นายนพพร วุฒิกุล นายกเทศมนตรีเมืองหัวหิน ยอมรับว่าทางกองการประปาก็ได้นำ�เอา “น้ำ�ดิบ” ที่ได้จาก การจัดการพื้นที่คุ้มครองของประเทศไทย หรือ CATSPA จังหวัดเพชรบุรี, อุทยานแห่งชาติกุยบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์, นำ�เสนอญัตติงบประมาณในการแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำ�ประปาในเขต ปราณบุรี มาผสมแล้วก็ปล่อยออกไปเป็นน้ำ�ประปา ซึ่งก็ พบว่า ในปี 2535 มีช้างป่าหายไปจากพื้นที่อนุรักษ์ 17 แห่ง อุทยานแห่งชาติทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี, อุทยานแห่ง เทศบาลเมืองหัวหิน ในวงเงินงบประมาณ 25 ล้านบาท ยอมรับว่าเนื่องจากอัตราการผลิต และความต้องการของ ที่มีรายงานว่ามีช้างป่าเคยอาศัยในเขตป่าอนุรักษ์สาเหตุมาจาก ชาติทับลาน จังหวัดนครราชสีมา, อุทยานแห่งชาติปางสีดา โครงการแรกเพิ่มขยายอัตรากำ�ลังการผลิตน้ำ�ดิบให้เป็นน้ำ� ประชาชนในแต่ละเขตมีมากยิ่งขึ้น เนื่องจากทั้งเป็นที่อยู่อาศัย การล่าช้างป่าเอางาและเอาลูกช้างป่าไปใช้เพื่อประโยชน์ทาง จังหวัดสระแก้ว, อุทยานแห่งชาติเขาชะเมา จังหวัดจันทบุรี, ประปาที่บริเวณสถานีจ่ายน้ำ�เขาแล้ง (บ้านหัวนา) ในอัตราการ โรงแรม บ้านพัก และธุรกิจต่างๆ ทำ�ให้มีความต้องการใช้น้ำ� เศรษฐกิจ หากปล่อยให้สถานการณ์เป็นแบบนี้ต่อไป คาดว่า เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าเขาอ่าง鈲ใน จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา, เขตรักษา ผลิตปล่อย 300 ลบม./ซม. โดยในจุดนี้ก็เพื่อให้ประชาชนใน สูงสุดในแต่ละวัน ตนเองและคณะผู้บริหารนั้นก็มีความ ในปี 2560 ช้างป่าของไทยจะต้องสูญพันธุ์ ไปจากพื้นที่อนุรักษ์ พันธุ์สัตว์ป่าสลักพระ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี และเขตรักษาพันธุ์ เขตหมู่บ้านหัวนา-หนองแก-สะพานขี้เหล็ก ตระหนักต่อปัญหาของระบบ “น้ำ�ประปา” ของเมืองหัวหินที่ อย่างน้อย10 แห่ง คือ ดอยผาช้าง จังหวัดน่าน มีช้างป่าเหลือ สัตว์ป่าภูหลวง จังหวัดเลย ในเบื้องต้นมีแนวคิดจะนำ�ร่องขอ ซึ่งมีทั้งชาวไทยและต่างชาติอยู่อาศัยได้รับน้ำ�ตลอด มันมีปัญหาสะสมกันมานานมาก เพียง 2 ตัว อุทยานแห่งชาติภูพาน จังหวัดสกลนคร มีช้างป่า ซื้อพื้นที่คืนให้ช่างป่าบริเวณเขาชะเมา-เขาวง จ.ระยอง ใน 2 เวลา โครงการที่ 2 ก่อสร้างโรงสูบน้ำ�ดิบผลิตจัดทำ�เป็นน้ำ� จึงต้องแก้ไขไปในแต่ละจุดเพื่อบรรเทาทุกข์ให้กับ เหลือเพียง 3 ตัว จากเดิมมี 10 ตัว พื้นที่อนุรักษ์ช้างซับลังกา จุด รวมกว่า 1,000 ไร่ ประปาในจุดเส้นทางคลองชลประทานหัวหิน (หัวสนามบิน) ผู้คน ซึ่งตลอดระยะเวลาในปีบริหารนั้น ปัญหาของน้ำ�ประปา ในบริเวณหมู่บ้านบ่อแขม ชะอำ�-เพชรบุรี ในอัตรากำ�ลังการ นั้นก็มีแต่ว่าน้อยลง ยังกล่าวอีกว่า สำ�หรับในการดูแลแก้ไข ผลิต 500 ลบม./ซม. ซึ่งในจุดเส้นทางนี้ก็จะปล่อยลงมาให้ ปัญหาน้ำ�ประปา น้ำ�ดิบ ของทางคณะผู้บริหารเทศบาลเมือง ประชาชนที่อยู่ในเขตบ่อฝ้าย สมอโพรง เพชรเกษมตะวันออก หัวหิน ในชุดนี้ ก็ใช้แหล่งน้ำ�ดิบของเขื่อนปราณบุรี และเขื่อน ซึ่งก็มีสถานที่พักโรงแรม คอนโด ร้านค้าที่อยู่อาศัยของชาว แก่งกระจาน เพชรบุรี เนื่องจากทั้งสองแห่งนี้เป็นจุดที่สามารถ ไทยและชาวต่างชาติเช่นกัน ปล่อยน้ำ�ดิบมาให้ทางเมืองหัวหินที่มีเส้นท่อรองรับอยู่แล้ว จึง หลังจากแปรญัตติในหลักการ เหตุผลและราย ทำ�ให้ปัญหาน้อยลงไป แต่ยังมีในช่วงของน้ำ�ดิบขาดแคลน ละเอียดแล้วทางสมาชิกสภาจำ�นวน 11 ท่านก็ยกมือโหวต เพียงเท่านั้น ซึ่งตนเองและคณะฯ ก็จัดระบบและรูปแบบของ ผ่านสภา เพื่อเร่งรัดดำ�เนินการแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำ�ประปา น้ำ�ประปาต่อไปให้อยู่ในระยะ 20 ปี ไม่มีปัญหา ครับ

ด้วยคณะรัฐมนตรี มีมติรับทราบการดำ�เนินโครงการ เป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวที่มีนักท่องท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่าง มอบของขวัญ “เสริมสร้างชีวิตใหม่ ให้คนไทยมีความสุข” ชาติ เดินทางเข้ามาท่องเที่ยวตลอดทั้งปี อีกทั้งยังมีประชากร ของกระทรวงมหาดไทย ซึ่งได้น้อมนำ�หลักการทรงงานของ แฝงเข้ามาประกอบอาชีพในพื้นที่เป็นจำ�นวนมาก นำ�มาซึ่ง พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว “รู้ รัก สามัคคี” ที่มุ่งเน้นในเรื่อง ปัญหาขยะที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเทศบาลเมืองหัวหิน ได้ การทำ�งานให้ประสบผลสำ�เร็จ จะต้องมีการรอบรู้ทุกมิติ การ ดำ�เนินการจัดเก็บขยะเป็นประจำ�ทุกวัน ปริมาณวันละไม่ต่ำ� ปฏิบัติต้องทำ�ด้วยใจมุ่งมั่น ซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน และต้องรวม กว่า 150 ตัน อันนำ�มาสู่โครงการแปรรูปขยะพลาสติกเป็น พลังหรือบูรณาการเพื่อให้งานบรรลุผลสำ�เร็จตามที่ตั้งเป้า น้ำ�มัน เพื่อช่วยลดปริมาณขยะในบ่อฝังกลบของเทศบาลเมือง หมายไว้ และเกิดความยั่งยืน หัวหิน ซึ่งเป็นการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ปลายเหตุ แต่หากมีการแก้ไข โดยกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น นำ�หลักการดัง ปัญหาที่ต้นเหตุ คือ “ผู้ทิ้งขยะ” ได้ก็จะเป็นการร่วมกันลด กล่าวมาประยุกต์ใช้ผ่าน “โครงการท้องถิ่นไทยใส่ใจความ จำ�นวนขยะมูลฝอยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น สะอาด คนในชาติมีความสุข” มุ่นเน้นให้ประชาชนมีความ ดังนั้น เพื่อให้โครงการ “ท้องถิ่นไทยใส่ใจความ ตระหนักรู้ถึงสาเหตุ และวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาขยะมูลฝอย และ สะอาด คนในชาติมีความสุข” ดำ�เนินไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง เกิด ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการรักษาความสะอาดความเป็น ความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยในบ้านเมือง ระเบียบเรียบร้อยของบ้านเมือง เทศบาลเมืองหัวหิน จึงขอเชิญชวนประชาชนร่วมกันลด เทศบาลเมืองหัวหิน ตระหนักถึงปัญหาของปริมาณ ปริมาณขยะมูลฝอย ด้วยวิธีการคัดแยกขยะก่อนทิ้ง และการ ขยะที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ ที่มีปริมาณเพิ่มขึ้นทุกปี เนื่องจากหัวหิน ใช้ประโยชน์จากขยะ 54 2

เยาวชน มีการกระทำ�ความผิดกฎหมายใน ระดับเบื้องต้นมาก โดยเฉพาะยาเสพติด การทะเลาะวิวาทในหมู่คณะ การรวมกลุ่มตั้งแก๊ง และการเกิดคดีความทางด้านอาชญากรรม ซึ่งส่ง ผลกระทบต่อสังคม ผู้ปกครอง การปกครองของบ้านเมือง จนกลายเป็น แนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาน้ำ�ประปาเทศบาลเมืองหัวหิน ให้ การเพิ่มกำ�ลังการผลิต ปัจจุบันเรามีโรงผลิต 5 โรง บางโรง ปัญหาระดับชาติของทางรัฐบาลที่ส่งผลเสียต่อภาพรวมของประเทศ ความสำ�คัญเรื่องน้ำ�ประปาเป็นอย่างยิ่ง เมืองหัวหินในช่วง 10 ปี ที่ผ่าน มีการผลิตเกินอัตรากำ�ลัง เนื่องจากต้องเร่งจ่ายน้ำ�ใหทันกับการใช้น้ำ�ของ เพราะฉะนั้นแล้วความจำ�เป็นเร่งด่วนในเบื้องต้นทางสมาคมผู้ อำ�นาจฝ่ายตุลาการเข้ามาให้ความรู้ ซึ่งในโครงการนี้จะต้องมีการจัดทำ�ต่อๆ 60000 กว่าคน ประชากรแฝง ประมาณ 1 แสนกว่าคน ดูจากปริมาณ ลบ/ชม โรงผลิตเขาแล้ง 300ลบ/ชม โรงผลิตไร่นุ่น 250 ลบ/ชม โรง จ่ายน้ำ�บริเวณหมู่บ้านสมอโพรง หมู่บ้านไฮแลน หมู่บ้านสมอโพรง หมู่บ้าน ผู้พิพากษาหัวหน้าศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ นาย ต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 15 ปี ส่วนเยาวชนนั้นจะต้องไม่เกิน 18 ปี ซึ่งถ้ากลุ่ม ในเขตชะอำ�เพื่อรับน้ำ�จากเขื่อนเพชรบุรีโดยขอใช้พื้นที่จากชลประทานเพื่อ บ่อฝ้าย หมู่บ้านทรัพย์ธานี หมู่บ้านภูตะวัน หมู่บ้านซันเซ็ตและใกล้เคียง สหรัฐ กิติศุภการ ผู้พิพากษา นายชาญณรงค์ การกระทำ�นั้น นักเรียน เยาวชนไม่มีองค์ความรู้ประกอบกับพฤติกรรม ขณะนี้ปัญหาของคดีความในศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว ผลิต และทำ�ข้อตกลงกับการประปาส่วนภูมิภาคเพื่อเป็นแนวทางเลือก ของผู้คนสังคมในยุคใหม่ จึงเกิดเป็นความรุนแรงก่อให้เกิดปัญหาทางด้าน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ นั้น 300 คดีกว่าต่อปี ซึ่งคดีอาญามีมากกว่าคดี ให้กับประชาชน การปกครองของประเทศและท้องถิ่น ในโครงการดังกล่าวนี้ก็ได้มีผู้ อื่นๆ ปัญหาของคดีความที่บอกมานั้นบางปีก็สูงบางปีก็ลดลงตาม การดำ�เนินการดังกล่าวจะครอบคลุมถึงการแก้ปัญหาต่างๆ พิพากษาแต่ละท่านได้ขึ้นเวทีกล่าวให้รายละเอียด รวมทั้งให้นักเรียนได้มี สถานภาพของปัญหาทางสังคมของประเทศ ถ้าในแต่ละโรงเรียนของ เช่นปัญหาเรื่องการขาดน้ำ� แรงดันน้ำ� ความใสสะอาดของน้ำ� เพื่อรองรับ การตอบโต้ข้อซักถามเพื่อเป็นแนวในทางปฏิบัติ รวมทั้งเป็นวิชาเรียนที่จะ ไม่ให้กระทำ�ความผิดได้และที่สำ�คัญถึงแม้ว่ากฎหมายจะมีแต่ถ้า ส่วนการแก้ปัญหาน้ำ�ประปาเทศบาลเมืองหัวหิน สามารถแจ้ง สมาคม และทางท่านบาทหลวงเทพรัตน์ ปิติสันต์ ได้ร่วมกันจัดทำ�โครงการ ทุกๆ คนหันมาใช้ศีล5
