Volunteer Advisory Committees The Parks & Recreation Board created the following advisory committees to assist the Department of Parks & Recreation with facilitating planning, promoting and implementating with the assistance of volunteer residents. Bicycle & Trail Advisory Committee The Bicycle Advisory Committee, originally formed in 1995, is instrumental to the formation of our Bikeway Plan. This committee meets on a regular basis to update the original plan.

How to complete required documents and health forms Required documents and health forms vary by camp program. Please look for emails from Gahanna Parks & Recreation or the organizer of the camp program for more information regarding needed documentation and required health history information.

For those participating in CFCC programs (including Spring Break Camp, Nature Bugs, Camp Hannah – Traditional, Camp Friendship – Adventure, Back to School Bash, CORE and LEED), you will be emailed a link by ePACT, a secure online portal that will house all camper health history information. All health forms, program waivers, current immunizations record, copies of your insurance card and important information about your camper MUST BE submitted through this online service. The forms MUST BE completed no less than 7 calendar days PRIOR to your camper’s first day of camp. Late health forms will be charged additional fees. More information will be available at the time of registration or in the details of each camp’s description in the following pages.
