BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, YNYSAWDRE, TONDU, BRIDGEND) (REVOCATION)(PROHIBITION OF WAITING/LOADING) TRAFFIC ORDER 2013
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bridgend County Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) as the Highway Authority for Ynysawdre, Tondu, intend to make an Order in exercise of their powers under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Act the effect of which will be:-
1. The Order listed in Schedule 1 hereto is hereby revoked.
2. No person shall, except upon the direction or with permission of a Police Constable, Police Community Safety Officer or Traffic Warden, in uniform, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or to be loaded or unloaded at any time on the lengths of roads specified in Schedule 2 of this Notice.
3. Full details of applicable exemptions are contained in the proposed Order.
4. A copy of the proposed Order and map showing the lengths of road and sides of lengths of roads to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the address below during normal office hours.
5. Objections to the proposals together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the undersigned at the below address by the 20 th February 2013.

SCHEDULE 2 (PROHIBITION OF WAITING/ LOADING AT ANY TIME)
Heol Yr Ysgol, Ynysawdre, Tondu. On its eastern side from a point approximately 15 metres ( 16 yards)south of its junction with Bryn Road southwards then southeastwards for a distance of approximately 390 metres(427yards) to its junction with Heol Y Fferm, Ynysawdre.
On its Western side from a point approximately 15 metres (16 yards)from its junction with Bryn Road southwards then southeastwards for a distance of approximately 390 metres(427 yards) to its junction with Terfyn, Ynysawdre.
Heol Adare, Ynysawdre, Tondu. The northern junction of Heol Adare both sides of the road from its junction with Heol Yr Ysgol westwards for a distance of approximately 22 metres. (24 yards)
The southern junction of Heol Adare both sides of the road from its junction with Heol Yr Ysgol westwards for a distance of approximately 22 metres. (24 yards)
Heol y Fferm, Ynysawdre, Tondu. On both sides of Heol Y Fferm northeastwards for a distance of approximately 10 metres(11 yards) from its junction with Heol yr Ysgol, Ynysawdre.
Terfyn Ynysawdre, Ynysawdre, Tondu. On both sides of Terfyn southwestwards for a distance of approximately 10 metres (11 yards) from its junction with Heol yr Ysgol, Ynysawdre.
Un-named Road Leading to Coleg Cymunedol Y Derwen, Heol Yr Ysgol, Ynysawdre, Tondu. On both sides of the un-named Road Leading to Coleg Cymunedol Y Derwen, eastwards then northeastwards for a distance of approximately 115 metres (126 yards) from its junction with Heol yr Ysgol, Ynysawdre.
