In 2017, Metcalfe paid $1,158,500 for a West Hollywood home built in the 1920s, and immediately got busy on a renovation. He updated the charming house with modern fixtures and hardware, updated and lightened up the color scheme, and refinished the original hardwood floors. The following year, after Metcalfe had worked his magic, the music manager and real estate investor David Benveniste paid $1,807,000 for the West Hollywood jewel. The sale price proved to be a sizable return on investment for Metcalfe. Now, two years later, Benveniste has put the place back on the market for $2.25 million. It’s a celeb-pedigreed modern makeover, with oodles of old-school charm. The cozy bungalow measures in at a relatively petite 1,330 square feet.
