For example if the operator tells you at 4:00 that the car will be there in ten (10) minutes, waiting time charges will begin at 4:20. • RESERVATIONS OR ADVANCED BOOKINGS: - We will extend a five (5) minute grace period over the scheduled pickup time. The shorter grace period is necessary because the car is dispatched in advance to ensure on time arrival at the pick up location. (Airport pick ups are extended a 30 minute grace period after verified scheduled landing time.) • STOPS: - All stops have a ten (10) minute grace period. If there is any question or disagreement between the passenger and the driver concerning waiting time, please note the time you entered the car on the voucher, initial it, and call one of our customer service representatives the next business day. We will, in most cases, resolve the matter internally.
