INSIDE Sober reality IN a drunken stupor at a friend’s 40th birthday bash, Sarah Rusbatch fell forward and smashed up her face — it was an incident that changed her life. “I had gone outside for a cigarette, crouched down to put it out and fell forward, landing on my face on the concrete,” she said. “I split my lip open, WAKE smashed my nose, got black eyes and looked and UP TO felt like I’d done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. “It took weeks to SWIM properly heal and I felt so ashamed.” The April 2019 lightbulb SAFETY moment put Ms Rusbatch on the path to sobriety.
