A further reminder will be on sent out w/c 14th December 2020 confirm to you our understanding of your trading days over this period. Christmas & New Year Newspaper Allocation: Your Christmas newspaper orders for the following dates will be available via Snapp and Snapp Online on Thursday 17th December. Christmas holiday dates - December 24th, 26th, 28th, 31st and 1st January. Please amend your order to ensure you receive your required amount. HND retailers; please update your HND quantities on Snapp Online to ensure you are not cut below. Orders will be subject to change unless an alteration is made. If there is an alteration, we will not amend. Please amend as early as possible via Snapp to guarantee your order. Newspaper Deliveries & Recalls: The majority of national newspapers will be published throughout the festive period with the exception of Christmas Day. Publishers will be informing us of any changes to their schedules and we will provide you with updates via our weekly news bulletin ‘Your Round Up’. Newspaper collections largely remain unaffected with the exception of Christmas Day when we will not be making a collection of returns. Please ensure that you check and raise any queries on your newspaper returns as normal. Details are printed on your Newspaper Recall Sheet. Newspaper Alterations: Newspapers allocations for 24th, 26th, 31st Dec & 1st Jan will be available to review on Snapp on the 17th December 2020. Stores do have the option to contact us by phone on that day to amend but we are advising stores to review their allocations on Snapp as we do expect our phones to be very busy. Customers can sign up to SNapp by visiting www.snapponline.co.uk, or by downloading the App from Playstore. All you need to register is your Smiths News Customer Number and a copy of your latest DPDN, registration is simple and quick HND Retailers Where you are closing your store but are still planning to deliver to your HND customers, please ensure you keep you store open with us and that you amend your orders to cover only your HND requirements. The voucher recall note is also available to download using www.snapponline.co.uk. W/e 26th December 2020 - All voucher envelopes collected by Royal Mail up to Wednesday 23rd December will be processed and Voucher DPDN’s will be distributed to customers on Saturday 26th December 2020. W/e 2nd January 2021 - No Voucher Credit DPDN will be produced. For all customers an average voucher credit will be given based on their voucher credit history over the last 13 weeks. This will be reversed w/e 9th January 2021 as the correct value of your returns would have been processed by our Voucher Handling House. Christmas Day Vouchers - Please note that as newspapers are not published on Christmas Day, there will only be a Christmas greeting message printed in the subscription voucher booklet for the 25th December. This message is printed as an alternative to a voucher. Therefore, they do not hold any value and should not be returned for redemption.
