TYPE FLASH POINT (CLOSED CUP) A two-component, polyurethane basecoat that is Below 20F (-7C) and 73F (23C) activated with an activator.This is the same high quality paint that is used on Polaris/Victory vehicles at the POTLIFE factory ensuring excellent color matching. 3 – 4 HOURS AT 70F (21C).
DESCRIPTION A two-component, polyurethane basecoat with excellent APPLICATION SOLVENTS appearance, and handling. May be reduced with an urethane grade reducer to NOTE: This is a basecoat product requiring a clear achieve a viscosity of 20—30 seconds in an EZ coat. Zahn #2 cup.

The substrate must be at least 5 F (3 C) Flexibility EXCELLENT below the dew point. Relative humidity should be below 90%. WEIGHT SOLIDS 34 to 61% unactivated (depending on color) 37 to 60% RTS when mixed with SE5085TM activator (depending on color).
SUGGESTED DRY FILM THICKNESS 1.0 - 2.0 mils dry film thickness.
