I have looked over this in Wendy’s absence.

I can find no reason to disagree with the Heritage Statement attached, or with Jocelyn’s comments. It seems like a well-considered scheme with clear enhancements to the current situation which pick up on historic precedence. No further comments to make – let me know if you require the above as formal comments.
