GREENCASTLE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT 2017 Program & Event Guide Dear Greencastle Residents: City of Greencastle Common Council On behalf of the Greencastle Board of Park Commissioners, I want to Bill Dory, Mayor thank everyone who made 2016 another outstanding year for the Greencastle Parks & Recreation Department.
