GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1) The Tender / Bid shall only be submitted through online tendering system of https://pudutenders.gov.in. Door delivery should be made to all Anganwadi Centers (AWC’s) during working hours on all working days. On verification of the ICDS food supplements, shortage in quantity in the packing (before opening) and substandard quality in the supplied items, if any, is found the goods will be rejected and the same should be replaced by the good ones. 11) The supplies should be made from ready stock within a period of 7days from the date of receipt of indent from the officer concerned. 12) The rates should be quoted per kg inclusive of all taxes and expenses till unloading point at Anganwadi Centers (AWC’s), Puducherry and Karaikal region or any other region in Union Territory of Puducherry and the rates should be both in figures and words. Conditional tenders containing alternative proposals/rates are liable to be rejected. 13) The Director, Department of Women and Child Development, Puducherry reserves the rights to reject/accept any/all tenders with or without assigning any reason. 6. Hazards can be single, sequential or combined in their origin and effects. Accordingly, Hazard Analysis entails the identification, study and monitoring of a hazard to determine its potential, origin and characteristics. A fine line separates environmental hazards and environmental resources, as between water out of control (flood hazard) and water under control (reservoir resources).
