India being land of diverse culture faith and beliefs harbors caves and many rocks considered to be the symbols of Hindu Deities and worshiped. If cave exploration here in J&K is taken on an extensive level it will be very helpful to consider the area for promotion as tourist resort for the attraction of the tourists and pilgrims. In all eight-nine caves have been discovered in the districts of Rajouri and Resai during the field visit.
