Hamilton Boys’ High School International Rugby 15’s and 7’s International Rugby Programme Year 13 student Riku Morisaki is a half back from Takarazuka City, Japan. He was a member of the Hamilton Boys’ High 1st XV Rugby team. “I am being looked after by the country’s best coaching team and I get to spend every school day with my rugby playing friends. I know that I am making such improvements in my skills and this would not be possible anywhere else. I wake up every morning looking forward to the day’s training sessions. I am so glad I chose to come to Hamilton Boys’ High School.” Riku Morisaki Hamilton Boys’ High School is arguably the most successful rugby school in New Zealand. Hamilton Boys’ High School 1st XV Rugby team has qualified for the National Top 4 Finals tournament, 9 times in the past 11 seasons, the greatest attendance of any school in the country. From those 9 play offs, the 1st XV have been crowned National Champions 4 times.
