Transport Guide 1 Transport Guide 1. Barcelona Sant Cugat By Train Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya - FGC (Catalan Railway) This is the recommended way to arrive to Sant Cugat. Lines • S1 (Barcelona-Terrassa) • S2 (Barcelona-Sabadell) • S5 (Barcelona-Rubí) • S55 (Barcelona-Universitat Autònoma) Duration of journey: 25’ from Pl. Catalunya and 13’ from Sarrià. Frequency: every 5 min. When purchasing your ticket, be sure to select ‘2 Zones’, to ensure that you are able to exit properly in Sant Cugat. By Car The ESADE campus is located close to the AP-7 motorway and it can be reached from Barcelona following the: E-15/AP-7 (North of Barcelona). Exit 22. Follow Sant Cugat sign. E-90/AP-2 (South Barcelona). Exit 24. Follow Sant Cugat sign. Vallvidrera Tunnels. Exit 10 (Sant Cugat–Valldoreix). Arrabassada Route. Alternative route from Gracia area (20 minutes). As you come out of the station walk straight ahead on Angel Guimerà street, walk as far as Rambla de Ribatallada (4th street on your left) and take a left. This street becomes Avinguda Pla del Vinyet, and if you keep walking straight ahead until you reach a roundabout at Plaça de Gabriel Ferrater, and take the turning on your right on Avinguda de la Torre Blanca, you’ll see ESADE right in front of you. • Bicycle. 5’ ride. Sant Cugat Buses. The Council of Sant Cugat provides public transport service by way of buses running to and from the FGC station and ESADE. The following buses pass by or very near ESADE: Buses L1, L2 and L8. It is a 10 minute ride with a frequency of approximately 15 minutes between each bus irrespective of the bus line (L1,L2 or L8).
