General Manager G.M. is the head of the office in respect of each depot with independent overall incharge Being Head of the office ,he is also overall incharge of respective workshop attached with the depot He is fully Competent Authority to grant leave for the staff working under him and submission of proposals to the D.T. regarding operative function of the work and all other duties assigned by the Director Transport. 03 Asstt. Divisional Manager To look after all the work of traffic side i.e. Time tables, (T&C) / Traffic Manager operation of buses & checking of buses on routes. 04. Asstt. Divisional Manager To look after all the work of store purchase and to provide (T&S) spare parts for the maintenance of the buses. 05. Asstt. Controller (F&A) He is over all Incharge of Accounts Section and also Audit Party / cash branches. He also assist the direction in disposal of financial matters. 06 Works Manager He is overall Incharge of workshops and responsible for maintenances of workshop and repair &fitness of buses before plying on routes 07. Law Officers The Law Officer is over all incharge for handling all the legal cases pertaining to various Courts and also taking up the cases before the Labour Court and handling MACT Cases (local and outside) and other miscellaneous matters such as tendering of the advice in the matters and vetting work . 08 Superintendent Overall in charge of the establishment section. 09. Sr. Assistant. To deal with the cases under the supervision and guidance of the Superintendent concerned in service matters ,pay and allowances and other related matter of the employees. Updated on 10-10-2019 10. Jr. Asstt. /Clerks Keeping/maintaining of service records of the employees. preparation of payment bill etc. 11. Accountant To prepare balance sheet ,checking of cash books, passenger tax, outsider bills, oil and lubricants, water and electricity Checking of Salary etc. 12. Jr. Auditors Checking of TA, OTA, etc. as well as store purchase bills, annual increments ,pay fixations & ACP of employees .They also assist AC(F&A) in financial matter / cases. 13. Steno/ Steno Typist Attached with the officers for Dictation/other official work 14. Care Taker(ISBTs) He deals in Auctions of shops and outlets at .IS.B.Ts and maintains rent register. He also responsible for maintaining cleanness at I.S.B.Ts. 15. Nazir He is responsible for stores, office stationary as well as maintaining of record of issue of uniforms to employees of CTU. Further he ensures the requirements of the offices from time to time. 16. Station Supervisors They look after the work of Traffic Managers, Joint time table and meeting relating to traffic matters, survey of bus routes, inter state agreements, permits etc. 17. Inspectorate Staff Presently They also assist the department in checking of the buses plying on routes to curb the frauds/Embezzlement. They are also responsible to check the timing of the routes and updation of the routes. They are also responsible to get the vehicles on superdari as and when CTU buses involved in the accident. 18. Drivers &Conductors Drivers and Conductors are the crew of the CTU buses. 19. Workshop Staff(Technical) The workshop staff includes Service Station Incharge ,Head Mechanic, Head Electrician ,Head Tyreman. Mechanic ,Black Smith, Carpenter, etc. and other lower staff to cope with the maintance and repair work of the CTU buses. All the aforesaid staff is governed under the control of Workshop of each workshop. 20. Class D posts in CTU Under this categories the peon, Chowkidar, sweepers Mali etc. are covered and they performed their duties in their respective field In the department. 21. Parking Fee Clerk To collect the parking fee at ISBTs from the bus operators other than CTU. 22. Clock Room Attendant Performed duties in Clock Room at bus stands. Updated on 10-10-2019 23.
