1 I savonesi Davide e Riccardo in arte “Maximals”, il duo che suona con Nicky Romero di Giò Barbera 09 Settembre 2016 – 7:47 Varazze. Due ragazzi savonesi poco più che ventenni sono diventati veri e propri maghi della consolle. Si fanno chiamare “Maximals” ed hanno già avuto modo di incidere un disco tutto loro con prestigiosa etichetta la Protocol Recordings, la stessa di Nicky Romero uno dei dj più conosciuti al mondo. Il duo tutto savonese è composto da Davide Alpino, 25 anni, di Savona e Riccardo Patruno, 21 anni, di Varazze. Si sono incontrati quattro anni fa e iniziarono a collaborare su diverse tracce rilasciate poi con i loro nomi separati. Dopo aver costruito un solido background rilasciando su Deal Records, Rise, Nextgen e altre lo scorso anno hanno deciso che le loro strade si dovevano unire tanto che hanno fondato il duo Maximals. Il Vostro Giornale - 1 / 2 - 02.10.2021 2 “Insieme abbiamo iniziato a sviluppare il nostro sound particolare – raccontano i due amici savonesi – Abbiamo ricevendo supporti con Thomas Gold, Promise Land, Firebeatz, Merk & Kremont. Al momento il nostro sound è ispirato dalle atmosfere musicali 70-80’s. Grazie a tutto questo abbiamo avuto l’occasione di poterci esibire in palcoscenici importanti come il Reload Music Festival e il mainstage dell’Holi Fusion Festival di Torino”. Senza dubbio il risultato più importante della loro carriera fino a questo momento è aver prodotto il disco “Dancin’” con Dumbers ottendendo supporti come Martin Garrix, W&W, Quintino, lo stesso Nicky Romero sul palco del Tomorrowland e molti altri. “Ma abbiamo avuto anche l’onore di presentare il disco on stage con Nicky Romero stesso durante il suo set all’Altromondo Studios di Rimini, venendo anche invitati a suonare al prestigioso party di Protocol ad Amsterdam, durante l’Amsterdam Dance Event di Ottobre”, dicono i talentuosi Davide e Riccardo, un duo in crescita nel mondo dei dj’s internazionali. His passion about music has started at about the age of 8 and he began to experiment with electronic music ever since the age of 15. EDM as a ganre has influenced him greatly, up to the full-time comittment level now. The club scene came into focus in 2002 and his path here became obvious ever since. Lava Records Publishing/Artist Roster Cemetery Sun is a Sacramento-based band made up of Josh Doty, Austen Butler, Elliot Polokoff, Jesse Mancillas, and Matt Scarpello. Their 2016 single “Fake Love” caught the attention of Lava Records and blends pop-punk, alt-rock, and electro-R&B sounds. Evan Konrad is a Canadian singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instr umentalist who signed with Lava Records in 2019 and has since released three singles: “The Long Way Out,” “Come on Snake, Let’s Rattle,” and “Black Hole Sun.” Greta Van Fleet is a high-energy rock/blues/soul band made up of twin brothers Josh (vocals) and Jake Kiszka (guitar), younger brother Sam Kiszka (bass/keys), and longtime family friend Danny Wagner (drums).
