Union of India in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 460 of 2004 as may be applicable to this project and decisions of any competent court, to the extent applicable. (xi) Any appeal against this environmental clearance shall lie with Agreed. the National Environment Appellate Authority, if preferred within a period of 30 days as prescribed under Section 11 of the National Environment Appellate Authority Act, 1997.
