Este leilão é a etapa final de nossa liquidação de plantel, uma síntese dos resultados de 3 décadas de muito trabalho. Ao longo destes anos, sempre que nos foi possível fazer algum investimento, optamos pelo PSI, em detrimento de gado, imóveis ou de outros ativos. Escolhemos este rumo pelo fato de atuarmos profissionalmente nesta área, por se tratar de receitas oriundas do cavalo, mas principalmente por sermos acima de tudo turfistas. Não é por acaso que nossa criação já está na letra “S”. Nosso plantel é, portanto, um resumo (melhorado ao longo do tempo) do que resultou dos leilões que organizamos, de modo que nos apraz a satisfação de termos devolvido ao turfe um pouco do muito que ele nos proporcionou. Desde o início das atividades da TBS, em 1984, sempre fizemos questão de atuar também “do outro lado do balcão”. Nossa primeira defensora foi a égua em treinamento Van Fabel, da geração 1979, adquirida junto ao extinto (e célebre) Haras Palmital, uma filha de Riboson em mãe Cigal. De lá para cá, ininterruptamente, entre produtos em corrida, éguas, desmamados e cotas de garanhões, compramos mais de 150 animais, que nos proporcionaram êxitos (inclusive de Grupo) nos 4 hipódromos oficiais do Brasil, além de 2 vitórias em Dubai, performances em provas de Grupo 1 no Tarumã, Cidade Jardim e na Gávea, clássico em recorde em Uvaranas, e atuações nos USA, no Uruguai e em “pencas”. Nos orgulhamos muito disso, desta nossa efetiva participação no turfe e na criação.
