(collectively, “the Networks”) as follows: INTRODUCTION 1. To the extent that any defendant would have any liability by way of this or any other action related to the mini-antenna services associated with defendant FilmOn X, all defendants to this action (“Counterclaim Plaintiffs”) hereby counterclaim against all of the Plaintiffs for a declaration that the FilmOn X service does not infringe upon any of the defendants’ copyrights.
