On 05/31/14 at 11:58 p.m. Officer Kleensang stopped 21-FS7 at the intersection of S.
Beltline and Broadway for driving without headlights and dragging it's bumper down the street. I then arrived and smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the driver and passenger. The driver, Stephanie Shellito stated she had hit the curb and was dragging her bumper from the Gering Shell gas station area. Later damage was found in the parking lot of a Western Storage. Stephanie was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

On 6/3/14 I responded to 1806 2nd Avenue in reference to a bicycle that was stolen sometime in the night. I arrived and spoke with Shelby who told me that sometime last night a bicycle was stolen out of her front yard. Shelby said that she learned her lesson in the past and wrote down the serial numbers off the bicycles. Shelby gave me the information for the bicycle and the description which was a Chaos 20" black and white bicycle with a red, black and white seat with skulls on it. Shelby said that they have video surveillance for their driveway and she would have her husband look at it to see if it catches anything. Shelby said that at this time there are no suspects in the case.

On 6/3/14 I responded to Target in reference to a shoplifting. I arrived and contacted
Rudy from Loss Prevention and we went into the office where the suspect was sitting.
Rudy advised that the suspect who was identified as Santo Gonzales was seen taking items and stopped and brought to the office. After further investigation, Santo was issued a citation for shoplifting and was released.

Service was requested at Consolidated Services Inc located at 1224 Broadway in reference to a theft of license plates and registration for a company vehicle. I met with Rick
Wayman at the business. Wayman explained that the license plates were on the vehicle on
6/3/14 and were gone on the morning of 6/4/14. Wayman reported the license plates were removed from both the front and rear bumper of the vehicle. Wayman reported the paper registration was removed from the glove box inside the vehicle. The license plates were entered into NCIC/NCIS. There are no suspects at this time.

On June 5th, Project Harmony in Omaha Nebraska received a complaint or concern for a family living in Scottsbluff, NE. An intake was generated and assigned to Scottsbluff PD on the same date. Officers attempted contact the same day but were unsuccessful. Later in the week myself and HHS case worker Taylor Rogers made contact with the family. I noted no immediate concerns as well as no criminal violations occurring. HHS conducted there investigation and made offers for service to the family.

Department in reference to the loss of her purse. Wilkins reported she had her purse on
6/8/14 at approximately 20:00 when she arrived to 1919 7th Ave. Wilkins felt she possibly left her purse on her vehicle or dropped it as she was walking to 1919 7th Ave.
Wilkins advised she was called by police because a citizen had turned her driver's license in to the police department as found property. That is when Wilkins advised she realized her purse was missing. See supplement.

On 06/17/14 Officers had contact with a white Dodge Ram with heavy front end damage that was in the 1700 BLK of 8th Ave. The vehicle was suspect in a Hit and Run accident earlier in the morning. Officers attempted to make contact with the vehicle and a pursuit began.
