• Goji Kitchen + Bar

Location: lobby level Operating hours: 06:00 – 23:00 hrs.

Buffet breakfast: 06:00 – 10:30 hrs. Buffet lunch: 12:00 – 14:30 hrs. (Monday – Friday) Buffet brunch: 11:45 – 14:30 hrs. (Saturday – Sunday) Buffet dinner: 18:00 – 22:00 hrs.

Exciting, inviting and inventive, Goji Kitchen + Bar is the impressive new all-day dining restaurant at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.

This is an international restaurant in its truest sense, serving up an extensive selection of authentic cuisines from across Asia, alongside popular Western dishes, with a series of sumptuous buffets and dramatic live cooking stations.

Among this extensive array of culinary choices are a series of specialist dishes, including in the finest grilled meats - including suckling pig - cooked to perfection on a South American Parrilla grill, ocean-fresh seafood that guests can hand-select from a live counter, and handmade Chinese steamed buns. At every live cooking station, expert chefs are on hand to ensure that diners receive the freshest dishes, cooked to perfection.

After dinner, there is a selection of delectable desserts and the finest cheeses, and guests can also relax on the new Goji Terrace, which specializes in craft beers from around the world.

Goji Kitchen + Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with extensive buffets presented at all times of day. And every weekend, the restaurant showcases its full array of culinary creations to diners at Sunday Brunch. A choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage packages is also available.

• Siam Tea Room

Location: lobby level Operating hours: breakfast 07:00 – 11:00 hrs. and all day 11:00 – 23:00 hrs.

Manning the food and beverage side at Siam Tea Room is Jaral Homtuanlom, the Restaurant Manager. Siam Tea Room presents rare recipes with authentic flavors and secret twists. The restaurant also serves a selection of baked pastries and sweets to be enjoyed with your favorite beverage whilst relaxing during the day.

Siam Tea Room treats guests to memorable Thai dining experiences and features a strong & authentic taste of traditional Thai cuisine that pleases both local and international palates. Harnessing the true charm of Thai cuisine, the dishes often include local herbs that have medicinal benefits, carefully sourced from trusted plantations and processed using traditional methods.

• Soba Factory

Location: lobby level Operating hours: lunch 12:00 – 14:30 hrs. and dinner: 18:00 – 22:00 hrs.

Using only the best buckwheat flour sourced from Nagano, the noodles at Soba Factory are made in-house using time-honored methods. Served hot or cold, guests can enjoy these authentic soba noodles in an array of styles, accompanied by soups and various meats. Popular menu items include classic “seiro soba” and “tempura soba”, in which the noodles are served with lightly battered prawns and vegetables.

Aside from its distinctive and appealing taste, the buckwheat used in the soba is packed full of nutrients, making these dishes excellent choices for health-conscious foodies.

Another menu item not to be missed at Soba Factory is the “yakitori”, or meat skewers. One recommended dish is “tsukune”, which combines minced chicken with chopped bone cartilage and spices, lathered with yakitori sauce and served with a raw egg yolk. The dish delights with the slight crunchiness of the bones while the meatball goes wonderfully well with raw egg.

Styled as a traditional izakaya - a type of informal Japanese gastropub - Soba Factory has a contemporary Japanese-style décor with images of the country’s iconic landscapes to enhance the ambience. The open kitchen offers a full view of how chef create the soba and yakitori, whilst also providing a sense of culinary theater.

• Pagoda Chinese Restaurant

Location: 4th floor Operating hours: lunch 11:30 – 14:30 hrs. and dinner 18:00 – 22:00 hrs.

This classical Chinese interior design also incorporates dragons, which are believed to bring good fortune to all patrons.

Overseen by Kusuma Sae-Tieo, the Assistant Restaurant Manager, Pagoda exudes a warm and welcoming ambience, with exquisite service in Thai, Chinese and English. And for those extra special occasions, Pagoda features seven impressive private dining rooms, suitable for business dinners and social soirees.

Pagoda serves authentic Cantonese cuisine with premium ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. But some of the spices and seasonings that are not available in Thailand are imported directly from their native sources in Hong Kong and China. Manning the kitchen is Chef Oscar Pun, a Hong Kong native whose extensive experience spans two decades in the kitchens of leading luxury hotels and top restaurants. This included a 14-year spell with the Lei Garden restaurant chain, during which time Chef Oscar worked at Michelin- starred restaurants in Beijing and .

Pagoda also serves many other delicious delicacies, including delectable dim sum, sumptuous steamed dumplings, perfect prawn spring rolls and pork buns, and sticky barbecued pork, all prepared in a classical yet contemporary Cantonese style. These timeless dishes can be enjoyed alongside a selection of premium Chinese teas.

• Akira Back Restaurant and Bar

Location: 37th floor Operating hours: dinner 18:00 - 23:00 hrs. and Sunday lunch 12:00 – 14:30 hrs.

The first Akira Back restaurant in Thailand is a dramatic destination that takes diners on a culinary and sensory journey. Using only high-quality ingredients, the chefs create contemporary, innovative dishes that reflect Akira Back’s cultural heritage and personal journey. This modern style of gastronomy is inventive, exciting and vibrant, blending Japanese and Korean elements with other international influences.

Akira Back is, in fact, three different venues in one, comprising a main dining area, sushi bar, and four private dining rooms with spectacular views across the Bangkok skyline through floor- to-ceiling windows. Several areas are reminiscent of Akira Back’s famed Michelin-starred restaurant in .

From an à la carte selection or a combo set comprising sushi and sashimi. Signature dishes that reflect Akira Back’s distinctive “east meets west” style include fresh tuna pizza, AB tacos, baked crab hand rolls and 48 hours wagyu short rib.

A selection of the finest sake, including Akira Back’s own branded spirit - a clean, beautiful sake produced by the famous Nanbu Bijin brewery in southern ’s Iwate Prefecture, which dates back more than 100 years. The beverage menu also includes a curated wine list, plus Japanese, Korean, American craft beers, and those seeking the ultimate accompaniment to their meal can even sample the world’s most expensive sake.

• ABar

ABar transports guests into a bygone era. With classical dark wooden décor, wingback chairs and leather-bound books, this cool sophisticated cocktail bar blends the mystery and magic of Victorian London with the gritty edge of 1930s America. This makes ABar the perfect spot in which to unwind and enjoy creative, hand-crafted cocktails in a cozy ambience overlooking the spectacular Bangkok skyline. Capturing the spirit of the venue, ABar specializes in dark spirits including whiskies from around the globe, dark rum and cognac. An extensive selection of drinks is available, including vintage and prohibition era cocktails, craft spirits and rustic mixes. Seating is offered either in the warm indoor snug or on the semi-al fresco terrace which overlooks Benjasiri Park.
