Description of the twenty-second issue
The team of the Bballzone Time is glad to present the 22nd issue of our newspaper. We continue giving everything of our strength to present a fresh and interesting newspaper to our readers despite our short group and any other difficulties.
So, there is always the presentation of some community in our game. We will present the Portuguese community in this issue.
You'll be also able to read some interesting interviews, and couple interesting facts related to the real basketball game.
Also you„ll find reviews about the 28th regular season's standings in the major national leagues. In addition, there will be an interesting article about the training of the young talents and how to analyze your personnel.

Game's Corner: Help and Tips for Bballzone Training young talents and analyzing personnel. (Article by: a-ramune)
It is so exciting to see how young players train and improve. How much the player improved today? Did his RT increase? Maybe even his skill increased?! 11 o'clock in the evening is the awaited time - training reports are received.
This season there were quite a few updates related with players' and coaches' training. Most important updates could be mentioned: - The speed of training particular skill (not a group of skills) increased - More criteria included in improvement of coaches - Friendly matches' impact on training is now the same as impact of league's matches. Thus now there is no difference if the team plays 2 or 3 matches in play-offs.

In the past if player's one particular skill was trained, 1/3 of training speed was lost. Let's say that group of skills was trained and RT increased by 15. So, if particular skill was trained, player's RT would have increased by 10.
Now when training particular skill, only 1/6 of training speed is lost. This change gives more freedom in training players. When raising young talents, managers will be able to choose what type player they want to raise and which particular skills are most needed.
So far, lots of players are similar in skills. Due to this update, in the future we should have more differently skilled players.
What are other advantages of training particular skill?
When a new player comes to the team, it is very useful to fix drawbacks of a player. Let's say that the team purchases a player in the market with offence equal to 8. When the player comes to the team, it turns out that passing skill is only equal to 6, which means that the player will make lots of turnovers. So, training only passing skill will help to increase it more quickly and improve player's performance.
Another situation when training particular skill may be preferred - training of 29 year old player. When player becomes 30, skills start decreasing. If the team has a 29-year-old player and plans to keep him next season, it would be smart to train most needed skills one by one (so that they do not decrease soon).

Analysis of personnel member
Premium members also received one new feature that will help to know their personnel better. Free users could also try this feature, analyzing one of personnel members.
Analyzing personnel member may help to track player's/coach's improvement. Analysis reports are not deleted and can be viewed any time. Therefore, if the same player is analyzed few times on different time, manager can see how player's skills, experience, RT changed.
Sometimes the club may consider signing contract with the player that already played in it. It is difficult to remember what player's skills and experience was. If the club had analyzed player, report with this information will be available. Knowing what skills the player used to have may help making the decision whether to rehire the player or not.
Sometimes the club may train player for quite a long time but no skill increases. How long is it left to wait? Player's analysis will answer this question and facilitate decision whether to continue training same skills or start training other skills.
29 years old players are on the limit when they will stop improving and their skills will start decreasing. Knowing which skills are the nearest to decrease may help deciding which skills should be trained and how intensively.
Youth teams and youth academies
Presently, a part of managers base their teams on old players (over 30) and do not raise any young talents. Reading this article, they probably shook their heads saying that they have no young talents to be trained.
We can already smell the wind of changes here. Percentage part of old players in the game is already continuously decreasing. And even more - the future will bring youth teams and kids’ schools, which will increase the number of young players drastically.
