These will include: limits to the amount of customers permitted in the shop at the same time social distancing whilst in the shop protective screening at the counter As time passes, emergency measures may be relaxed or indeed tightened, depending on our own experience and government advice and legislation. As things stand, we would not be allowed to open our fitting room. This may alter in weeks to come, as some compulsory measures are relaxed. However, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case. As always, you will be most welcome to call in as normal; but at certain times queues may be significantly longer than in previous years. We hope to ease some of the delays by encouraging you to send your order via email. We will check your order, then contact you to allocate an order number and confirm the total cost. At this point card payments will be accepted over the phone. Further contact, usually by text message, will be made when your order is ready for collection. As sizes vary between manufacturers, we have produced sizing guides with extra details for some of our garments. In addition to the standard label sizes, they will state approximate measurements of the garments when laid flat. If you measure your child’s current garment, across the middle and from top to bottom, you will be able to make an informed judgement rather than a guess. If you wish to order by email, but are uncertain of your sizes, please use our sizing guides to help complete your order form as accurately as possible.
