The information below are new standards for the Arizona University System Regents High Honors Tuition Scholarship (AIMS Scholarship) Program. This information effects all graduating 2013 and beyond.

•Criteria (must meet all four) •Must meet all graduation requirements •If a receives a “c” in a core course they must either; •Must repeat the course and receive a “b” or better •Take an additional unit of credit in that subject and receive a “b” or better. •Receive a 3.50 GPA in the 16 Core Competency courses or Rank in the top 5% of the graduating class •Receive Exceed score on all three AIMS tests by the end of junior year or, receive Exceed score on 2 AIMS tests and Meets on 1 AIMS test while also receiving a minimum score of 3 on two advanced placement tests. •High school students have the opportunity to receive college credit for Advanced Placement courses by taking an Advanced Placement Exam.

•Receive recognition from more than 3,600 colleges and universities that annually receive AP Exam scores.

•Over 90% of 4-year colleges in the U.S. provide credit and/or advanced placement for qualifying scores.

•Have time to move into upper-level courses in your field of interest, pursue a double major, or study abroad.

•Design a college experience that suits you and gives you the flexibility to get the most out of your college years. FUSD High School Dual Enrollment

Students enrolled in dual enrollment courses will receive Coconino Community College credit and an official CCC transcript upon satisfactory completion of their class. In order to receive the CCC credit, they must be officially enrolled with the college, while in high school. There are NO fees or tuition required.

CAVIAT Central Programming is a program available to all FUSD High School Junior and Seniors; •Provides an opportunity to attend college classes in the afternoon while earning their high school credits in the morning. •All tuition, books, and fees are furnished by CAVIAT Programs currently offered by CAVIAT Central Programs include: •Alternative Energy Technician (Associate of Applied Science) •Computer Software Technology (Associate of Applied Science) •Business (AAS and AA of Business Degree) •Electrical Technologies (Open to Seniors only) •Law Enforcement (AA Degree Administrative Justice) •Nursing Services (Pre-Health Careers) •Nursing Services (Certified Nursing Assistant [Open to Seniors Only])
