“Fly to Watch ICC LIVE” Contest TERMS AND CONDITIONS MoneyGram “Fly to watch ICC LIVE” Contest (1) MoneyGram-“The Fly to watch ICC LIVE” Contest (the “Contest”) is collectively organized and managed in Malaysia by: (a) CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad having its address at Level 36, Menara Bumiputra-Commerce, 11 Jalan Raja Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“CIMB”); (b) Maybank Banking Berhad at 100 Jalan Tun Perak, 50050 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“Maybank”); (c) Merchantrade Asia Sdn. Bhd, Suite 1632, 16/Floor, Lobby 7 Block A, Damansara Intan. No.1, Jalan S S20/27, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia (“Merchantrade”); and (d) BFC Exchange Malaysia Sdn Bhd Malaysia having its address at 6/floor, Wisma Maran, 28- Medan Pasar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“BFC”). CIMB, Maybank, Merchantrade and BFC shall collectively be referred to as (the “Organizers”). (2) The Contest is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above, except the following: (a) Employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiary companies and representatives of the Promoters, including their family members. (b) Employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiary companies and representatives of MoneyGram including their family members. (c) Any person or entity professionally connected with the Contest. Family members referred to in these Terms and Conditions include but not limited to: spouse, ex- spouse, defacto spouse, partner, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin. (3) The term of the Contest is from 8th February to 7th March 2016, both days inclusive (the “Contest Period”). (4) The Contest is open to customers who send money via MoneyGram during the Contest Period from Malaysia to selected countries in South Asia namely: India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan, at any of the Organizers’ locations (“Participating Locations”). No minimum amount is required (the “Qualifying Transaction”). Any transfer send transaction refunded by MoneyGram due to legal, compliance, regulatory or fraud related reasons will not be counted or considered as a Qualifying Transaction. (5) Every customer will automatically receive one (1) raffle draw entry (“Entry”) for every Qualifying Transaction conducted at any of the Participating Locations during the Contest Period and get a chance to win one of the prizes listed below. (6) There will be a total of eight (8) winners chosen via electronic draw from the list of Entries received during the Contest Period as per the following process: (a) An electronic draw will be conducted on 10th March 2016 where potential winners will be randomly short-listed by an automated selection system from the list of Entries received. Consequently the shortlisted participant(s) (“Shortlisted Participant(s)”) will be contacted by the Organizers’ marketing agency Palauan having its address at 80B & 82B Jalan SS 21/62, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia (“Paluan”) via short messaging system (SMS) on their mobile number provided while conducting the Qualifying Transaction. (b) The Shortlisted Participant (s) will be required to answer or respond to one (1) question correctly and in the fastest time. In the event any Shortlisted Participant (s) fails to answer the question correctly and/or is not contactable for any reasons whatsoever, that Shortlisted Participant (s) will 1 be disqualified or eliminated from standing a chance to win the prize. The Organizers shall not be liable in any way whatsoever in the event any Shortlisted Participant(s) cannot be contacted for whatever reason. For the avoidance of any doubt, Organizers are not liable for any telecommunication charges, roaming or phone charges which is to be borne by Shortlisted Participant(s), whether in or outside Malaysia. (c) The maximum number of prizes that a participant can win under this Contest is one (1) prize during the entire Contest Period. (7) The eight (8) Shortlisted Participants who answer the question correctly in the fastest time will be the final winners. The final winners will be notified by Palauan via SMS within one (1) week after the draw date. (8) The winners will each win the following prize: (a) Travel voucher worth four thousand Malaysian Ringgit (RM 4000); and (b) Two (2) standard tickets to the ICC match on March 23rd or March 27th 2016 as per the Organizers’ discretion. (9) The prizes are transferable but are not convertible to cash. The travel voucher shall be subject to the terms of use as provided by the travel voucher issuer. (10) The winners will be contacted by Paluan to arrange for the delivery of the prizes to the winners. The prizes will be arranged for delivery to the winners within fourteen (14) days of the SMS notification as stated in Clause 6 above. All taxes, charges and incidental costs in this regard shall be borne by the winners. (11) If any winner is subsequently found not eligible to participate in this Contest, the Organizers may at their sole discretion forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit. (12) The Organizers’ decisions in all matters to do with the Contest are final and no correspondence will be entered into. (13) The winners may be required to take part in publicity related to the Contest including having his or her photograph taken and his or her name, nationality and country of residence being disclosed. (14) To claim the prize, winners must present at least one (1) valid ID and a proof of the Qualifying Transaction. (15) Winners shall be responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate health documentation. The winners shall be responsible for obtaining their visa at their own expense. The winners shall be in possession of a valid passport with a validity extending up to at least six (6) months from date of departure. (16) The Organizers shall not be responsible for arranging travel insurance, medical insurance, any transport expenses, air ticket or hotel accommodation. All travel expenses including any meal expenses, medical expenses or such other expenses shall be borne by the winners. (17) The Organizers shall not be responsible for the inability of any winner to utilize the prize, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to non-issuance of a visa. (18) The Organizers and MoneyGram shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, illness and bodily injury including death of any winner and/or its companion arising out of participation in the Contest or the use of the prizes offered. (19) By entering the Contest, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by the Organizers at their sole discretion. (20) Winners who do not wish to take part in this Contest may either communicate the same to the Organizers or decline to answer the question stated in clause 6(b). 2 (21) The Organizes reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the Contest at any stage if deemed necessary in their collective opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control. These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Malaysia. (22) These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Contest. 3 .
