Unfortunately, we know stigma around mental health conditions can be so deep-seated that it’s often a deterrent to seeking help. Beyond that, treatment can be complex, drawing on a range of approaches–from therapy to physical wellness. The teens worked with Aviva’s art therapist and an interior designer to select new colors for the living room (light blue and teal).
