Situation (distances approximate) Located in the heart of the much sought-after area of South Devon known as the South Hams, Dartmouth is a beautiful waterside town particularly well known as a sailing centre with its excellent facilities for yachtsmen and its famous annual Royal Regatta. The local railway line is only used by Brunel’s Steam Railway between Paignton and Kingswear.
