13 tlIHEREAS, The Enrollment Conmi ttee did serve written notice of its recormen- l4 dation to reject the application and of this hearing, as required by t5 Section 2, Article VI of the Papago Enrollment 0rdinance, upon the r6 person who filed the application and such person was/was not present 17 at this hearing; and l8 WHEREAS, The Papago Council has reviewed all of the evidence presented and 19 from such evidence finds that the applicant has failed to establish 20

21 the foregoing membersh ip requirement(s).

22 N0l.l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Papago Council that it does hereby

23 determine that the application of:

I foregoing Resolution was duly enacted by the Papago Council on the 28lh daY 1985, at a meeting at which a quorum was present with a vote of 2 _-Qcto.bec_, !ql.g for; 169.0 against; -0- not voting; and 05 absent; pursuant to the t authority vested in the Papago Council by Article II and Section 2 (f) of cle V of the Constitution and By-1aws of the Papago Tribe of Arizona 4 , ratified by the Papago Tribe on December 12, 1936, and approved Dy Secretary of the Interior on January 6, 1937, pursuant to Section 16 of Act of June 18, 1934 (48 Stat. 984). Said Resolution is not subject to iew by the Secretary of the Interior and is effective as of the date of its enactrent by the Papago Council.
