At the 23rd May 2018 Bus Alliance Board, Steve Burd indicated his pending departure from Stagecoach Midlands and would be stepping down from the Bus Alliance Board. A nomination and voting process was held with all operators, to elect a new operator representative to the Bus Alliance Board. The operators elected Bob Baker (Diamond Bus) to the Bus Alliance Board. 3. The Birmingham City Council Cabinet Member for Transport and Environment, Councillor Waseem Zaffar at the Board meeting on the 15th August 2018, was invited to join the Bus Alliance Board, and duly accepted. A latest version of the Alliance terms of reference are attached as an Appendix to this report. 4. Ahead of the November meeting, it was announced that David Bradford would be taking up the role of Managing Director of the National Express bus division. -
