In his first season at the helm of the Bulldogs, he led the University squad to a 10-3 start to the season that included the Fresno Location Des Moines, Iowa State Classic championship and a program-record five wins Founded 1881 in the month of November. He guided the Eagles to their first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2004, as well as the Newcomers 7 Big Sky Conference regular-season and tournament titles.
