The above quotation should be addressed to the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Diamond Harbour Health District and will be received at designated drop box of this office from 06th December,2016 to 09th December, 2016 up to 5:00pm and will be opened on 12th December, 2016 at 11:00am. Instruction to Suppliers: Quotations have to be submitted in their letter head of respective suppliers, quoting rates item wise per unit. Quotation should consist of item wise per unit price in accordance to his commercial terms & conditions. Delivery of the contingent item has to be made as per work order. The quotation should be submitted in a sealed cover duly super scribed with the above memo no. Terms of Reference: Details list of items of Gangasagar Mela’ 2017 in annexure I. Bidder should furnish valid Trade License as Electrical Contractor, PAN Supplied items must be of standard quality. Rates to be quoted inclusive of all taxes and service charge The quotation to be dropped in the box kept in the office of the CMOH, Diamond Harbour Health District. Undersigned has right to accept/cancel any/all quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
