The Junior Women's race developed into a dual meet between the powerful Ethiopian and Kenyan squads. Peninah Chepchumba and her Kenyan teammates dominated the first half as Tirunesh Dibaba was content to IRUNESH IBABA PRINTS O K ITLE follow the pace - sometimes falling T D S T 4 T 10-15 meters off the lead.
