Following a sold-out run at the National Theatre, it transferred to the Harold Pinter Theatre in 2018. The acclaimed production of this challenging and funny play features the original cast including Anna Maxwell Martin (Motherland, The Personal History of David Copperfield) and Daisy Haggard (Breeders, Back to Life).

    CAHIER D’ ACCOMPAGNEMENT L’ AUTRICE NINA RAINE Diplômée d’ Oxford, Nina Raine est née en 1975. Elle est l’ une des dramaturges CONSENTEMENT britanniques les plus estimées de sa génération. Fille unique du poète Craig Raine et petite-nièce de l’ écrivain Boris Paternak, elle commence sa carrière comme metteure en scène stagiaire au Royal Court Theatre à Londres. NINA RAINE Sa première pièce — Rabbit, dont elle a assuré elle-même la mise en scène — a été créée en 2006. FANNY BRITT En résidence au Royal Court Theatre, Nina Raine écrit ensuite Tribes (Tribus). Créée en 2010, cette troisième pièce reçoit des critiques exceptionnelles et fait rapidement le tour du monde. Lauréate du Offie Award, Tribes tient sa première américaine en 2012 à New York où elle est de nouveau couronnée. L’ autrice anglaise récolte le Drama Desk Award for Outstanding New Play, le New York Drama Critics’ Circle Award et le Off- Broadway Alliance Award. En 2014, la compagnie montréalaise LAB87 fait découvrir aux spectateurs d’ ici la richesse de Tribus, présentée au Théâtre La Licorne, dans une traduction de Jean-Simon Traversy et une mise en scène de Frédéric Blanchette.
