However, scope data base in 2017 in all categories is seen as the best quartile Q4. Which is true? My article needs to be Q3 for the best quartile . When I got to the areas of specialization, primary, secondary as well as a security check, i couldn't conclude to enable me to submit and proceed to the next step.
