On January 1, 2020, KKR completed an internal reorganization (the "Reorganization"), which was undertaken to, among other purposes, simplify KKR's internal structure. Inc. into Series I preferred stock and Series II preferred stock, respectively (the "Reclassification"). KKR & Co. Inc. has one class of common stock authorized and outstanding. References to "KKR Group Partnership" for periods prior to the Reorganization mean KKR Fund Holdings L.P., KKR Management Holdings L.P. and KKR International Holdings L.P., collectively, and references to "KKR Group Partnership" for periods following the Reorganization mean KKR Group Partnership L.P.
