This is the Final Report, covering the period of May 2001 to May 2004.
Mercy Corps was awarded the Economic and Community Revitalization Activity (ECRA) under #160-A-00-00-00103-00 Cooperative Agreement ("the Agreement") on May 11, 2001, by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through its Regional Contracting Office (RCO). ECRA supports USAID/Croatia's Strategic Objective 3.1 "Accelerated Return and Sustainable Reintegration of War-Affected Areas."
