The Tide allowed 647 yards of offense and 48 points against Ole Miss last week - including 268 yards on the ground. The Dawgs will try to ground-and-pound against Alabama - a staple of Kirby Smart-led teams. Georgia has yet to get the ground game going at full force this year, averaging just 172 yards per game rushing. BOWL PROJECTIONS • The best matchup of the game will be the elite UGA defense against an elite Crimson Tide offense. Alabama is averaging 560.3 yards of offense per game, while Georgia's defense is allowing just 236.7 yards per game. The Tide racked up over 700 yards and scored 63 points on Ole Miss last week - including 306 yards on the ground. They had gained less than 115 yards rushing in each of their first two contest and UGA held Tennessee to -1 rushing yards last //////////////////////////////// week, so Alabama's rushing offense vs. Georgia's rushing defense could be a key factor in the matchup.
