STORYLINE: Buffalo defensive end Leon Seals (#96, Jackson State) and offensive tackle Howard Ballard played in their second straight Super Bowl and came up short for the second consecutive time. Washington held the Bills’ highly touted offense to 43 yards on 18 rushes, picked off four passes from and sacked him five times for -46 yards in losses.
