E-Auction Sale Notice of immovable property /ies under Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 read with proviso to Rule 8(6) of Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002.
Notice is hereby given to the public in general and in particulars to the Borrower(s) and Guarantor (s) that the below described immovable property mortgaged /charged to the Secured Creditor, the constructive possession of which has been taken by the Authorized Officer Indian Overseas Bank Secured Creditor, will be sold on “As is where is”, “As is what is”, and “whatever there is” on 08.04.2019 (date of sale), for recovery of Rs.8,85,537.48 as on 28.02.2019 plus further interest at contractual rates and rests, charges due to the Indian Overseas Bank, Saligramam Branch from M/s Senthil Fabricators represented by the proprietor Mr.M.Bhaskar and Mortgagor cum Guarantor Mrs.B.Thamayanthi
The reserve price will be Rs.13,77,000 lakhs (Rupees Thirteen lakhs and seventy seven thousand only and the earnest money deposit will be Rs.1,37,700/-
