You may leave tickets there for guests to pick-up with an ID on gameday. If tickets are lost or if you are unable to issue your guests the original ticket, the Ticket Office is happy to reprint the tickets for your guests to pick up at Will Call (and the original tickets will be voided). The SMU Athletics Hospitality Team is dedicated to meeting the needs of the premium seating guests. The staff is equipped to respond to the special needs of each guest in the premium areas. Our staff will be stationed at all entrances greeting guests, checking proper tickets and access credentials, and acting as a liaison to the Hospitality Director. Please become acquainted with our SMUAH team, as they are there to serve you and your guests. Custodial/Maintenance staffs will be onsite on gameday to assist when needed. If a need for either service arises, contact your suite attendant or any SMUAH team member. ADA Provisions Each club is wheelchair accessible & equipped with appropriate accessories in the restrooms. First Aid First aid stations are located throughout Moody Coliseum. For first aid assistance, notify the Hospitality Director or any SMUAH staff. 4 ENTRY PROCEDURES All guests entering Moody Coliseum, except children two or younger, must have a valid game ticket or credential to gain admission. All guests wishing to enter the club area must have a valid suite ticket or wristband. Suite tickets are non-transferrable. All club guests must receive a wristband upon entry. Once a club ticket has been validated, it may not be used by a different individual for entry. If for any reason you are unable to issue your guests the hardcopy ticket in advance of gameday, the Ticket Office is happy to reprint tickets for guests to pick up at Will Call (and the original tickets will be voided). Doors at Moody Coliseum open 1½ hours prior to tipoff. The Miller Champions Club will close 1-hour post game. Only Miller Champions Club and Hall of Fame members are allowed in the Miller Champions Club post game. Club ticket holders may enter at any door. However, for easier entry as a Miller Champions Club member, please use the club entrance located at the Miller Champions Club entrance. For Hall of Fame members, please use the main entrance for easier access to the club. Fans entering Moody Coliseum are subject to bag checks and security wanding before entering the arena. Uniformed security and police officers are stationed throughout the coliseum. The following items are prohibited from entering Moody Coliseum: Purses Umbrellas* Coolers Laser pointers Briefcases Noise makers Backpacks Footballs or throwing objects Computer and Camera Bags Radios (except pocket size with headsets) Cinch Bags Animals (except those assisting disabled guests) Diaper Bags Seat cushions with zippers/pockets/ compartments Fanny Packs Outside food or drink (1 sealed bottle of water permitted) Luggage of any kind Firearms, weapons, or knives of any kind All bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and may not exceed 12 x 6 x 12 inches. Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, are allowed. See infographic on the next page. Bags that do not meet these specifications will be prohibited. 5 CLEAR BAG POLICY 6 POLICIES & GUIDELINES Access Club ticket holders have access to the appropriate club indicated on their ticket and the concourse. No Re-Entry Moody Coliseum has a no re-entry policy. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside of Moody Coliseum. Alcoholic Beverages Any drink purchased from the club area may travel to the patron’s assigned seat in Moody Coliseum. Please note the following procedures for the club bar: • Beer will be poured in a provided cup • Wine is served as a 6oz pour; doubles are allowed • Limit of 2 drinks per person at a time Behavior SMU promotes good sportsmanship and a safe environment for all fans. In order to keep SMU basketball games enjoyable, we ask that you and your guests respect others at all times, and ensure that all activities conducted in your suite are done so in a courteous manner as to not interfere with the enjoyment of others. Parents should accompany children at all times. Unacceptable behaviors such as running, ball-throwing, and other horse-play are not permitted. If a ticket holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts players, coaches, officials or fans, the SMU Athletic Department reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises. If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious, or causes you concern, please report that activity to the nearest uniformed officer or security personnel. 7 CATERING SMU Catering will be the caterer for the Moody Coliseum Clubs. Beverages Coca-Cola products are available for purchase at any available concession stand on the concourse. Tea, water and coffee stations are available for self-service throughout the game. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Gameday Buffet SMU Catering will prepare the complimentary buffet served an hour and a half prior to tip-off. Halftime SMU Catering will
