DIGITAL PRODUCTIONS – 1984 – 1987: Southern Representative to Head of Production and Producer. Notable achievements included the Music Video “Hard Woman,” for the Rolling Stones as Producer and VFX Producer, the first CG Spiderman for the 1985 Marvel Logo, and campaigns for American Airlines.

MCANN ERICKSON HOUSTON – 1980-1984: Executive Producer National Clients included Exxon (Tiger Campaign) and Magnavox (John Cleese).

Notable: Beyond Ellen’s credited projects as above, she also built 2 successful visual effects companies over the course of her career. While Head of Production at Boss Film Studios, she launched their Computer Graphics (CGI) Department, which transformed the company. Notable projects from Boss included “Alien 3,” “Batman Returns,” and “True Lies,” all of which were considered ground breaking and received Academy Award nominations for best Visual Effects. Following her success at Boss, she was hired by Warner Brothers Studios to turn Wabbit, their vendor of a dozen employees, into a full-fledged visual effects company. Warner Digital was created becoming a 200-person crew in record time while producing such notable projects as Tim Burton’s "Mars Attacks.”
