C and up advisors may assist no more than 2 teams. Dressage Tests: 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A Jumps: Maximum height 2’3” for stadium jumping and cross-country Fees: Entry fee $62 per rider or $248 per 4 rider team. No fees for Stable Managers or C and up advisors Payment: Please pay entry fees online. If you must pay by check, please make arrangements with the VRPC Treasurer, Carolyn Lorenzen at [email protected]. Refund Policy: VRPC policy as indicated on VRPC website. Entry/ Registration Online Registration at http://www.vrponyclub.org using the VRPC member’s Forms: email address. Click on Calendar, then D-3 Eventing Rally Individual Registration button. Follow directions onscreen for Individual Registration, Payment Information, Chaperone Form and more. Please email or mail the following documents to the Rally Secretary: 1. Current negative Coggins for each mount (name must match entered mount) 2. Signed Chaperone Form(s) 3. USPC Coaching Guidelines and Form, signed by coach(es) Volunteers: A minimum of three volunteers in addition to one chaperone per team entry are required and one of these volunteers must work in HM. Rules: USPC Handbook and Rules for Eventing Competition 2017. USPC Eventing Newsletter 2017 USPC Horse Management Rulebook 2017 USPC Horse Management Newsletter 2017 Attire: Polo shirt, riding pants, belt (if pants have belt loops), Pony Club pin, approved helmet and appropriate footwear. Competitors are required to wear their completed USPC medical Form in the medical armbands or USPC approved medical bracelet for the duration of the rally. Food: Lunch available for pre-order online for $5 per person. Provided by ODHPC. Tentative Schedule: Saturday, July 1 7:00 am Grounds open. Check in (team captains only). 7:00-8:30 am Set up. 8:30 am Rally briefing for competitors, chaperones, volunteers, parents. RIDERS BRING HELMETS. 9:00 am Course walk with Coaches or C advisors. 10:00 am Horse Inspections in numerical order. 10:45 am Turnout Inspections begin. 11:30 am First dressage ride. 12:15 pm Safety checks for stadium and cross-country. 1:15 pm First stadium ride; riders proceed directly to cross-country. 2:30 pm Lunch provided by ODHPC (pre-orders taken online during registration) 3:30 pm Awards ceremony and end of rally. .
