PROMO MECHANICS: How to join 1. The promo is open to all mall patrons of legal age and residing in the Philippines. 2. The promo is available at the following participating Ayala Malls. a. Abreeza b. Alabang Town Center c. Ayala Center Cebu d. Ayala Malls Cloverleaf e. Ayala Malls Feliz f. Ayala Malls The 30th g. Ayala Malls Solenad h. Bonifacio High Street i. Centrio Mall j. Fairview Terraces k. Glorietta l. Greenbelt m. Harbor Point n. Market! Market! o. MarQuee Mall p. TriNoma 3. The promo is valid from January 1, 2021 to February 28, 2021. 4. For every single receipt worth Php 3,000 minimum paid using a Visa card from Ayala Malls merchants at any of the participating malls, the customer is entitled to Php 100 worth of gift certificate from the supermarket of the mall where the purchase was made. 5. The customer must register to join the promo. The registration may be done digitally or manually. a. Digital registration: The customer must scan the QR code placed on the posters stationed around the mall or posted online which will lead the customer to the online promo portal of Ayala Malls. Actual photos of the sales invoice / official receipt and transaction slip I. A confirmation email about the promo entry and redemption details will be sent to the II. Manual registration: The customer can also register via the Ayala Malls concierge by filling up and submitting the customer information stub with the following details and presenting the actual sales invoice / official receipt and transaction slip. The concierge will validate, mark the sales invoice / official receipt and transaction slip as claimed, and encode the details in the online promo portal of Ayala Malls. i. Name ii. E-mail address iii. Address iv. Contact number 6. There is no limit to the number of promo entries that a participant may earn as long as the corresponding purchase is made. A participant earns the Php 100 worth of gift certificate only upon confirmation of the purchase transaction. 7. Cancellation of purchases result in cancellation of the equivalent promo entries earned. Claiming of prizes 8. The prizes are subject to the following conditions: a. Prizes shall be issued in a form of gift certificates. b. Prizes are transferable but non-refundable and not convertible to cash. c. Winners shall shoulder all costs they may incur in securing their prize (bus fares, taxi fares, gas, parking, meals, etc.) d. Prizes not claimed after sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period (February 28, 2021) forfeits the avor of Ayala Malls with prior approval of DTI. 9. Winners may claim their prizes from January 1, 2021 to April 30, 2021 from the concierge of the participating mall during mall hours. 10. To claim the prize, the winner must present the following (only applicable to those who digitally registered in the promo). a. Notice sent to the winner via registered email address b. One (1) valid government- license, unified ID, passport) 11. In the event that the winner cannot personally claim his/her prize, an authorized representative may claim on his/her behalf, provided that the representative brings the following. a. Notice sent to the winner via registered email address (only applicable to those who digitally registered in the promo) b. Letter of authorization signed by the winner and the representative c. Valid government-issued identification cards of the winner and representative, one (1) of each, with unified ID, passport) 12. In case of dispute, the decision of Ayala Malls with concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. 13. Ayala Malls is authorized to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform or complete the redemption process. 14. Employees of Ayala Malls, Ayala Land, Ayala Malls Cinemas, its subsidiaries, and employees of its contracted agencies (promo partner, advertising and promotional agencies, maintenance and security, et.al.) including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo. 15. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action on the participation / availment in the promo may result in the disqualification of the customer from the promo according to Ayal Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No.FTEB-111246, Series of 2020. .
