This week’s recipe is by Laura Pearce, friend of the Parish: Hymn to the Holy Spirit Sermon BBQ Ribs Without a Grill Nicene Creed Eucharistic Prayer Ingredients (serves 4): Lord’s Prayer (p. 32) 2 lbs pork ribs Communion Prayer (p. 33-34) salt and pepper Communion 1 c BBQ sauce Dismissal Blessing Directions: Last Gospel 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place ribs in a large pot and cover with water. Season Prayer of St. Michael generously with salt and pepper. Boil until tender, about half an hour. Fellowship after Mass 2. Remove ribs from pot and place in a baking dish and pour on the BBQ sauce. Cov- er with aluminum foil and cook in preheated oven for an hour to an hour and a half.
