(see Community Engagement Plan) DCC conducts annual consumer survey. Other departments are encouraged to consult locally on changes and developments to services. A major consultation exercise was undertaken to draft the Lochee Masterplan Framework in 2007. The involvement of young people in meaningful dialogue about needs and services requires further attention.
