Who is this guy, who’s not the game’s longest hitter, but comes up with the big shots when needed? Ellis recorded four birdies on the afternoon and staged a consistent performance on the 7,012- yard Arthur Hills designed course. Redman fell behind early and could never find a way to get back into contention.
